By enrolling in ElaBliss courses or booking coaching sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before using our services.
 

1. Courses

Use of Course Materials

All courses, videos, guides, and resources provided by ELABLISS are intended solely for your personal growth and learning. These materials are not to be shared, distributed, posted publicly, or used for commercial purposes. Any use outside of personal study requires prior written permission from ELABLISS.
 

Live Sessions & Recordings

Live group sessions may be recorded to provide replays, enhance course content, or for educational purposes. By participating with your camera or microphone on, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear in recordings, you may participate with your camera and microphone off and interact via chat only.

Private 1:1 sessions are not recorded unless explicitly requested at the start of the session. Recordings provided are for personal use only and may not be shared or published.
 

Access to Courses

Only individuals registered for a course have access to the course dashboard and materials. Unauthorized access, sharing, or distribution of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access.
 

Refunds & Withdrawals

You may withdraw from a course at any time. However, once you have logged in or accessed the course, refunds will not be issued.
 

Duration & Lifetime Access

Enrollment grants lifetime access to course materials unless policies are violated, including misuse or sharing of content.
 

Email Communication

By enrolling in a course, you consent to receiving emails related to your course, program updates, and other relevant offers from ELABLISS.
 

2. Intellectual Property

All content on ELABLISS, including text, images, videos, logos, and downloadable materials, is owned by ELABLISS and Swiss Emporium Hrvat.

You may use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, adaptation, or use for your own business, social media, or coaching services is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. ELABLISS reserves the right to revoke access to courses or services in cases of misuse.
 

3. 1:1 Coaching Services

Purpose & Nature of Coaching

Coaching sessions are offered via Zoom and designed to support your personal growth, self-awareness, and transformation. Success depends on your commitment, honesty, and active participation. Coaching is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health services.
 

Confidentiality

All communications during coaching sessions are private and confidential. ELABLISS will not share session content with third parties, except as required by law.
 

Scheduling & Attendance

Clients are expected to join sessions on time. Sessions will start and end as scheduled.

• If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered canceled. In this case, ELABLISS will issue a 100% refund of the session fee to the client.
   

Rescheduling & Cancellations

All sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours prior to the appointment.

• If a session is canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours’ notice, ELABLISS will issue a 100% refund, and a new session will need to be booked.

• Monthly package cancellations are handled upon request.

To reschedule or cancel a session, log in to the ELABLISS website, navigate to “My Products,” select your coaching package, and click “Reschedule” or “Cancel.”
 

Email Communication

By booking coaching services, you consent to receive updates, session reminders, and relevant offers from ELABLISS.
 

4. Limitation of Liability

ELABLISS is not responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of course content or coaching services. Participation is voluntary, and clients are responsible for applying strategies and guidance at their own discretion.
 

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, where Swiss Emporium Hrvat is registered. If you are accessing services from outside Switzerland, local laws may also apply, including UAE PDPL if you are in the United Arab Emirates.
 

6. Payment Terms

Payment Methods
Payments for courses, coaching sessions, or other services can be made via:

• Major credit cards

• PayPal (www.paypal.com/paypalme/elabliss333)

Payment Requirements
To ensure proper access to services, all payments must include:

• Your full name

• The service or course being purchased

Payment Confirmation
Access to course materials or coaching sessions is granted only after payment has been successfully received.

Refunds
Refunds for courses or coaching sessions are handled according to the Refunds & Cancellations section of these Terms & Conditions.

Failed Payments
In case of failed or declined payments, ELABLISS reserves the right to withhold access to purchased services until payment is completed.

Taxes & Fees
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or transaction fees associated with your purchase.
